Your pack shipment
Parcels are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment (for custom-made items, shipping times are calculated individually) and shipped worldwide via tracked couriers and drop-off without delivery confirmation. If you prefer delivery with delivery confirmation required, an additional fee will apply, so please contact us before selecting this shipping method. Regardless of the selected option and delivery country, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs depend on the total weight or volume of the shipment and the selected country. We recommend grouping items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders, and shipping fees will be charged for each. You ship your package at your own risk, but we make every effort to protect fragile items.
