To avoid delays and errors, please include your order number in your request.

NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made/personalised according to your specifications and products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been opened by you after delivery, e.g. underwear and socks.

The cost of returning the product is your responsibility. It is not possible to determine the cost of returning the goods in advance, as it depends on the weight of the package and the chosen means of transport, etc. However, it is highly likely that it will cost the same amount as you paid for delivery or more (unless delivery was free).

We offer a 14-day free returns service. Please include a return note with your returned order.

Returned products must be in good condition, unwashed, unused and undamaged, with the tag intact and attached to the product. The user is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling the product in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

All payments will be refunded immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the product for inspection or proof that the product has been returned.

If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, we will refund the purchase price, including the original delivery costs (excluding any additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery option that is more expensive than standard delivery). However, any reduced value will be deducted. Unless otherwise stated, we will refund you using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.
